I’m excited to share that “Shadows of Liberty,” the screenplay I co-wrote with M.L. Curry, has made it to the finals of the Las Vegas International Film & Screenwriting Competition!

What makes this moment meaningful is that this is the first competition we’ve entered with this screenplay. To receive this recognition right out of the gate is encouraging, and I’m grateful to see our work take this first step forward.

Writing a screenplay is a journey, and sharing that journey with a collaborator makes milestones like this even more rewarding. I’m proud of what M.L. Curry and I have created together, and reaching the finals gives us plenty to celebrate.

The winner will be announced on November 13th, so we have a little waiting, and a lot of anticipation, ahead of us. For now, we are taking a moment to celebrate this accomplishment and enjoy seeing “Shadows of Liberty” begin its competition journey on such a positive note.

Thank you to everyone who has offered encouragement along the way. Your support means so much to both of us.

Whatever happens on November 13th, being named a finalist in our first competition is a milestone we’ll remember. We are excited to see what comes next for “Shadows of Liberty”!
