I had a great time taking part in the ReadersMagnet L.A. Book Confab here in Los Angeles. Over two days, authors, readers, and people from across the book world came together for spotlights, panels, and a lot of good conversation.

It meant a lot to talk with readers about Shane Alexander and The Final Verdict, and to swap stories with other writers about how our books came to be. Thank you to the ReadersMagnet team for putting it together, and to everyone who stopped by to say hello.

The Confab is a prelude to the L.A. Times Festival of Books, and it was the perfect way to kick off the festival.
